Counselling
Lorna Ellen
Lorna Ellen is a qualified, BACP registered, counsellor, specialising in working with anxiety, stress, depression and self-esteem and relationship issues. She can support you to explore your emotions and empower you to create change in your life so you can be who you want to be - a happier healthier version of you. She believes counselling is for everyone and anyone; we can all feel lonely, lost or overwhelmed at times and counselling is a way to access the strength in you and direct your life the way you want it to go. It can be helpful for building relationships, improving confidence, managing life-changes and setting boundaries with family and those around you. Lorna is an approachable friendly counsellor, with your best interests at heart. She knows how daunting it can be to reach out and ask for help so will try to make accessing counselling as easy as possible. The first step is to connect with a text, whatsapp, email or phonecall and she can arrange a free 15 minute phone or online call to discuss your counselling needs.
